Guiseley's Skrill North game against Harrogate Town at Nethermoor tonight has been called off by the match referee after a mid-afternoon inspection.

The Guiseley groundstaff had worked tirelessly yesterday and today but contant rain earlier today proved to be the decisive factor.

Guiseley have confirmed that striker Kevin Holsgrove has rejoined them from Halifax on loan for the rest of the season.

The Lions are due to play their West Riding County Cup semi-final at Eccleshill United tomorrow night.

There were also postponements in the Northern Counties East League tonight.

Brighouse Town’s third-round League Cup tie at home to Long Eaton United, as well as Albion Sports’ trip to Lincoln Moorlands Railway in the Premier Division, fell victim to the ongoing heavy rain.
