SHADOW welfare minister Helen Goodman joined the campaign trail in Keighley.
She and Labour parliamentary candidate John Grogan, with Keighley Central councillor Kaneez Akhtar, spoke to voters regarding the bedroom tax.
Mr Grogan said that if the Conservatives were re-elected, more Keighley families would become liable to pay the tax if a family member left home or died. Under the regulations, people living in housing association or council properties deemed to have one or more spare bedrooms receive less benefits.
