Police praise for Otley diabetes helper

Police have hailed a publicly-minded person for helping a diabetes sufferer in Otley. The victim was left without essential medication after his bag was stolen from town-centre premises and police inquiries proved fruitless. But then a good Samaritan found the bag and its contents still intact and returned it to its owner.
