WALKERS are promised super views with guided routes organised by Bradford Council.

Chevin Forest Park in Otley is the setting for a June 12 circular walk, whose eight-mile route will take in Menston and the Dales Way.

Meet Martin Dyche at 10.30am at East Chevin Quarry car park, East Chevin Road.

Eddie Nash will lead a three-mile circular walk entitled Road, Rail and Water, taking in Saltaire via Hirst Weir, the River Aire and Leeds Liverpool canal, on Sunday.

Meet at 11am outside Bracken Hall Countryside Centre in Shipley Glen. Participants can return on the Shipley Glen Tramway.

Bound For Bottoms is a circular walk on June 14 of about five miles, offering super views, an old railway line and a stroll alongside the M62. Meet at 1.30pm opposite Westgate Hill Primary School in Westgate Hill, Tong Street (A650), Bradford.

Scar House Reservoir in Niddlerdale is a destination for seven-mile circular walk on June 19. Meet Ken Allen at 10.30am at the reservoir car park.

Brontëland is the location for the five-mile circular Haworth Twist hike on July 6, led by David Anderson.

After meeting people at 10.30am at Haworth Visitor Information Centre, at the top of Main Street, David will lead a walk with many ups and downs, twists and turns around the village.
