GUISELEY-based JM Glendinning Financial Services has expanded its team with the arrival of retirement planning and wealth management specialist, Andy Chapman.

It is the first in a number of new appointments planned by the insurance, financial and health and safety services group as it works towards its goal of doubling in size during the next two years.

With more than 25 years’ experience, Andy Chapman joins the JM Glendinning financial services team as a senior adviser from Ashcourt Rowan.

Andy said: “I’m very pleased to be joining the JM Glendinning team.

"The culture and ethos of the business were both big draws for me. The fact it is a forward-looking, family-owned and run business is refreshing, and a flat structure means there are opportunities for everyone’s voice to be heard."

JM Glendinning Financial Services managing director, Nigel Stallworthy, added: “I have known Andy for many years.

"He is a highly experienced and respected financial adviser. I’m delighted he is joining us.”

JM Glendinning Financial Services is part of the JM Glendinning group.

Founded in Guiseley in 1972, the £8 million turnover, privately-owned group is now a Top 100 UK insurance broker, employing more than 130 staff and offering commercial and private insurance, financial services and health and safety services.
