Horsforth: Listed Building application for five non-illuminated signs, 79A Town Street. Horsforth: single storey side and rear extension; new pitched roof to rear extension, 21 West End Drive.

Menston: two storey and single storey side/rear extension and new first floor side window, 27 Moorland Crescent.

Otley: replacement house, with detached double garage with rooms in roofspace NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT of 13/01802/FU for removal of two velux rooflights to be replaced with two dormer windows. Woodnook, East Chevin Road. Otley: single storey side/rear extension; new access to front, 1 St Clair Road. Otley: single storey front extension, 20 The Crossways. Otley: consent, agreement or approval required by conditions 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Planning Application 13/03766/FU, 63 Cross Green. Otley: first floor and single storey rear extension, 26 Orchard Street.

Rawdon: two storey and single storey side extension, 2 Markham Crescent.

Yeadon: various pruning work, 5 South View.
