On Saturday we drove down Cemetery Road, Yeadon, and were disgusted to see a burger van trading by the cemetery.
People are mistaken in thinking this is an airport viewing pavilion.
Nor is it a fastfood restaurant, play area, rubbish dump, beer can repository, ice cream parlour or place to test the volume of your car speakers.
They should also know that the wall around this burial ground is not an alfresco dining seat, an Olympic running track, climbing frame for plane spotters or urinal for incontinent yobs!
This problem has been going unchecked since Leeds Bradford International Airport’s runway was extended to this once quiet spot.
I would like to see the council enforcing the no-parking zones around these areas and stop these trashy people rubbishing our loved ones.
