SMITH Shelley Suddenly but peacefully on January 28, 2018 at the Leeds General Infirmary. Beloved wife of Michael, devoted mum of Ben and a loving daughter, sister, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law and auntie. Shelley will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Private committal service will be held on Friday, February 23 at Rawdon Crematorium prior to a service to celebrate the life of Shelley at Otley Parish Church commencing at 11.45a.m. Family flowers only please. A collection box will be made available at the service for any donations if so desired for The Cystic Fibrosis Trust, Otley Parish Church and Fulneck Moravian Church.
