GUISELEY have announced the signing of experienced winger Adam Dawson after his departure from Atherton Collieries.

31 year-old Dawson has had a long football career stretching back to the early 2000s when he started out with Bury coming through their youth ranks along with a spell at Liverpool.

The Bury born player has racked up plenty of league and non league experience throughout his extensive career which will prove a valuable asset to the Lions dressing room and matchday squads.

Throughout his illustrious career Dawson has pulled on the shirt of several established EFL and Premier League sides including Leicester City, Wigan Athletic, Tranmere Rovers, Notts County, Bristol Rovers Accrington Stanley and Barrow.

Dawson also had a spell with former Cypriot side Achyronas Liopetriou as well as stints at several non league clubs such as Kidderminster Harriers, Eastleigh, AFC Telford United, Chester, Southport, FC United of Manchester and Nuneaton.

The winger is a skilled futsal player for Bolton and the England National Team and can also play in the number 10 position.
