Otley found a rare victory
CHAMPIONS Otley found a much needed victory in the Aire-Wharfe Division 1, after performing heroically with the bat to defeat Horsforth.
Otley won the toss and elected to bat first, hitting a fine total of 276-7 from the customary 50 overs. Joshua Stephenson (81) and James Davies (80) delivered for the hosts, both being Otley's most productive batters.
In response, Horsforth only managed 174, as Otley delivered a high-quality bowling display.
Stephen Brown collected five wickets for Otley, to earn a crucial victory.
