CHAMPIONS Otley were beaten for the second game running, after Rawdon CC bowled them out for a below par- 118.

Chasing a total of 227. Otley fell well short of their desired target, as Andrew Doidge claimed five wickets.

Elsewhere in the Aire Wharfe Division 1, Saltaire followed on from their victory against Otley by claiming 19 points, to beat Collingham & Linton CC, Yorks, in a closely contested fixture. Saltaire won by two wickets and hit a 223 total.

Burley-in-Wharfedale CC beat Horsforth CC by a 188 run margin.

Matthew Hastings hit 92 runs for Burley.

The other side to collect all 20 points were Addingham, who hit a staggering 318 runs off the bat. Olicanian CC could only respond with a total of 133.

North Leeds CC beat Beckwithshaw CC by four wickets and Bilton CC defeated Ilkley CC by two runs.

In the Aire Wharfe Division 2, New Rover CC maintained their brilliant start, by claiming 20 points for the second week running.

The 70 run victory over Green Lane CC was enough to keep them at the table's summit.

Dave Watson contributed 76 runs to the victor's 252 total.

Pool CC hit an impressive 403 total to beat Kirkstall Educational CC by 283 runs, to also collect 20 points.

20 point victories were also on the cards for Bardsey CC and Adel CC , who beat Steeton CC and Tong Park Esholt CC respectively.

Follifoot CC beat Colton Institute CC by 74 runs and Horsforth Hall Park CC were victorious over Guiseley CC, defeating them by eight wickets.

In Division 3, Harden maintained their 100% winning start to the campaign, winning against Alwoodley CC, fairly comfortably by five wickets.

Skipton CC cruised to a 20 point victory, by scoring an impressive 307 runs, to overcome Tong Park Esholt CC - 2nd XI.

Leeds Modernians CC and Calverley St Wilfrids CC also both won with 20 point totals, to beat Old Leodiensians CC and Rawdon CC respectively.

Elsewhere in Division 3, St Chads Broomfield CC edged a 38 run victory v Bolton Villas CC.
