GUISELEY travelled to face Worksop Town on Tuesday evening for their second game of pre-season and came away with a 0-0 draw.
They were under the cosh somewhat in the first half, with former striker Gavin Allott missing a couple of great chances for Worksop.
The hosts also put the ball just wide following a goalmouth scramble and had a shot cleared off the line.
Guiseley improved in the second half, with a couple of trialists going close and Prince Ekpolo nearly forcing a late own goal.
But the Lions were still indebted to young goalkeeper Hagie Damba, who made a stunning late save to ensure the game ended goalless.
