GUISELEY AFC has organised three pre-season friendlies.

The Lions will travel to National League side Harrogate Town’s CNG Stadium for their first scheduled pre-season friendly.

The fixture will take place on Tuesday, July 16, with a 7:45pm kick-off on their 3G playing surface with admission details to be confirmed.

The CNG Stadium has seen extensive development work take place this year since our last visit in the West Riding County Cup just before Christmas with two new terraced stands and a seated stand now open.

This news follows on from confirmation of a trip to Yorkshire Amateur’s Bracken Edge just two days later on Thursday, July 18, also a 7:45pm kick-off.

The club has also confirmed a trip to Parkgate on Tuesday, July, 23. In preparation for the Motorama National League North campaign they will travel to the Roundwood Pavillion for the third time in four years.

We ran out 2-0 winners on our last visit when we met in July 2017 with a Raul Correia strike added to by Will Hatfield’s penalty.

The Steelman’s pitch is also used for Rotherham United’s youth sides with the Millers’ training ground located next door.

Kick-off is at 7:30pm with admission details to be confirmed.
