INTERLINK have kept the pressure on Salem Athletic after star batsmen Irfan Jamadar hit a ton in Group A of the Bradford Mutual Sunday School League.

Great Horton Church were all out for 213 in their 40 overs, having recovered from 138-8 courtesy of 14-year-old Mohammed Abbas, who was unbeaten on 42.

Interlink then scored 217-5 off 36 overs, with opener Jamadar hitting 13 fours and five sixes in his 99-ball 112.

Salem remain top after beating eight-man Hallfield by nine wickets.

Hallfield were all out for only 26, with opener Muhammad Azam making 15 as Azhar Ali (3-17) and Mohammed Faizaan (4-9) took the wickets for Salem, who replied with 28-1.

Bradford Gymkhana beat Apperley Bridge by 75 runs, despite only making 132 in 30.4 overs, Mohammad Sheeraz scoring 43 while Munir Hussain took 4-30.

Bridge were then castled for 57 in 16.5 overs, with Amir Raja taking 7-22 and Mohammad Altaf 3-5.

Cambing beat Girlington by seven wickets after the latter were dismissed for 88, 45 of which came from Majid Zia.

Wajid Mahmood then made 47 not out in Cambing's 89-3.

Omar's defeated Bradford Moor by six wickets, which was good as Moor scored 211-6 (Shahid Farooq 68, Sohail Akram 42).

After being 32-3, Shmile Khan (67) and Waqar Mirza (66no) shared a stand of 104 for the fourth wicket for Omar's, with Mohammed Amraiz (45no) then helping to add 76 unbroken in their 212-4.

Yorkshire Friends beat Yorkshire LPS by six wickets, and the defeat looked like being much heavier when the latter were 5-5.

However, LPS made it to 161 off 37 overs, with Ghazanfer Ali scoring 42, but it was mainly down to a last-wicket partnership of 70 between Pradip Patel (45) and Bhavin D Patel (21no).

Zabeeh Ullah (4-38) was among the wickets for Friends, who replied with 162-6 off just 24.1 overs, with Ullah (101) completing an all-round performance, sharing a second-wicket partnership of 106 with Bilal Hussain, whose contribution was a mere three!

Bradford Moor remain top of Group B after a winning draw against Allerton.

Moor were all out for 288 in 39.4 overs, with Mohammed Nadeem (80) and Syed Ahsan Ali Shah (98) sharing a seventh-wicket partnership of 111.

After tea, Allerton scored 223-4, with Abid Hussain (101) and Gurpreet Romana (76) putting on 130 for the fourth wicket, with Shoaib Baig taking 3-35.

Ten-man Denholme Clough kept the pressure on Moor by defeating Great Horton Church by 15 runs.

Clough scored 149-8 off 40 overs, spearheaded by Anjum Shahzad's 73 as Wajid Bostan took 5-24.

Church were then all out for 134 off 32.5 overs, with Zahir Hussain making 50 and Shahzad bagging 5-24 to complete a great all-round day.

Another close encounter was that between Salem Athletic and Bowling Baptists, who dismissed their opponents for 177 in 29.2 overs (Fiaz Rehman 67, Shazaid Yousaf 4-59).

Baptists were then all out for 171 off 36.4 overs, with Craig Williams (62) and Nitin Uniyal (47) scoring the majority of their runs as Shah Faisal bagged 4-29.

Girlington beat Cambing by 39 runs after totalling 266 (Ahsan Ali 71, Manzur Sharif 64, Waqar Khalil 43, Qayum Khan Nasar 43) as Zeeshan Zeeshan (3-69) and Haaris Khan (3-48) were among the wickets.

Cambing were then all out for 227, with Fawad Khan and Bilal Mir each scoring 53, while Adeil Mir (3-42) and Qayum Khan Nasir (3-50) took the wickets.

Adnan Bhatti (65 and 4-11) was an all-round star as Hallfield beat Greenfield by 95 runs.

Hallfield were struggling at 99-9 before a tenth-wicket partnership between Bhatti and Faizan Ali Butt (18no) took them to 187 (Taimoor Qureshi 3-24, Ibrar Hussain 3-30) off 36.5 overs.

Greenfield were then dismissed for 92 in 19.3 overs.

TABS gained a winning draw against Bradford Gymkhana after making 171 off 38.3 overs, with Sudager Hussain (3-22) and Habib Ur-Rehman (3-35) among the wickets.

Gymkhana then held out for a draw on 96-8.

Greenfield had an easy win over Yorkshire LPS to remain at the top of Group C.

LPS were all out for 100 (Shafqat Zaheer 6-26, Murtaza Ali 3-17), and Ali then scored 46 as Greenfield scored 101-8 off 27.1 overs, with Vinod Patel taking 5-14.

Bradford Indians beat Allerton by five wickets to remain second.

Allerton were all out for 61 in 22.4 overs, with Abhisek Mitra taking 6-6, and Indians made 62-5.

West Bowling beat Central YMCA by six wickets after the latter were all out for 101 off 36 overs (Anjum Munir 4-7, Haaroon Hussain 4-40). Bowling scored 102-4 off 20.3 overs.

Bowling Baptists defeated ten-man Great Horton Meths by 131 runs, with Baptists declaring after scoring 255-4 (Asif Ali 108no, Rob Hallowes 84) off 35 overs.

Meths were then castled for 124 (Hamza Rauf 44. Asad Hussain 5-31, Arslan Razzaq 3-21).
