RAWDON Community Library is to stage a series of talks for autumn.
On Thursday, September 13 at 7.30pm David Longley will talk about Russia Under Stalin. On Thursday, October 11 at 7.30 pm John Ruskin will be the subject of a presentation by Dr Graham Parry, Emeritus Professor at York University. On Tuesday, November 27 at 2pm Diane Fare from the Bronte Parsonage Museum will give a talk on Emily Bronte.
All the talks will be held at Rawdon Community Library, Micklefield Park, New Rd Side. Tickets cost £4 and are available on the door or beforehand in the library.
