A mystery shopper will be visiting Otley’s ‘top ten’ businesses in the coming weeks to decide which one offers the best customer service.
Otley and District Chamber of Trade and Commerce has been inviting people to nominate shops and businesses in the town for its relaunched Good Service Award since November.
Now it must choose from the ten most popular, which were Beks Electrical, Bondgate Bakery, Cherished, Chevin Cycles, Chez Vin, Dodgshons, Nicole Bowden Opticians, Red Pepper Restaurant, Yodi Motors and Yorkshire Soap Company.
Chamber president Trevor Backhouse, pictured, said: “Our local economy thrives on personal service so congratulations to everyone who has been nominated.”
The winning business will receive an award from the chamber, while the person who submitted the best letter of nomination will also receive a £25 prize.
