A new Morrisons product that has been released for Christmas has left customers convinced it had been left over from April Fool’s Day.
With Christmas coming up next month, many shops have started bringing out new products for people to enjoy over the festive period.
Alongside Christmas puddings and trifles, Morrisons has brought out a dessert that is leaving fans asking if it is a ‘joke’.
The Morrisons Sweet Christmas Pizza has been spotted recently in stores.

The Morrisons Sweet Christmas Pizza was posted by New Foods UK on Instagram with the post being captioned: “Terrys Chocolate Orange Pizza spotted at Morrisons!”
The pizza has a normal dough base but rather than a tomato sauce and your usual savoury toppings, it has been topped with things like a biscuit crumb and chocolate orange slices.
The product is listed as costing £4 on the Morrisons website.
Many people took to the comments to share their thoughts on the pizza with one person asking: “Is it a joke?”
Someone else commented: “This has to be left over from April Fool’s Day!”
Another person was curious about how the pizza would turn out after being put in the oven and said: “Wonder what this will look like after being cooked.”
Someone else said they liked both pizzas and chocolate but would not enjoy it on the same dish.
Morrisons Christmas products for 2026
Alongside the controversial sweet Christmas pizza, Morrisons has a range of other festive desserts that might be more to your liking such as the Christmas pudding with a limoncello and clementine twist.
The brand has also revealed a sticky toffee pudding trifle that brings together two popular British desserts for “the ultimate scoop of indulgence” and its signature collection chocolate orange star.
