The FA Cup Quarter Final draw is set to take place soon, with a number of sides hoping they can progress through from the 5th Round.

One of those sides is non-League Maidstone United who caused a massive shock by defeating Championship high-flyers Ipswich Town 2-1 at Portman Road in the prior round.

They will be travelling to Championship opposition again for the 5th Round as they take on Coventry City.

Aside from that the ties will be Premier League sides facing off against each other, or Championship clubs hoping to cause an upset against top division teams.

What ball number has each club been allocated for the FA Cup Quarter Final draw?

According to the Emirates FA Cup website the ball numbers for each club are as follows, prior to most of the 5th Round ties taking place.

  2. Chelsea or Leeds United
  3. AFC Bournemouth or Leicester City
  4. Liverpool or Southampton
  5. Nottingham Forest or Manchester United
  6. Wolverhampton Wanderers or Brighton & Hove Albion
  7. Coventry City or Maidstone United
  8. Luton Town or Manchester City

When will the FA Cup Quarter Final draw take place?

The FA Cup Quarter Final draw for the 2023/24 season will take place at 7pm on Wednesday, February 28.

This will be as part of the build-up to the televised tie between Chelsea and Leeds United which will be shown on ITV4.

It will be presented by Seema Jaswal with former Arsenal and England goalkeeper David Seaman drawing the balls out.
