GUISELEY AFC have unveiled a new initiative aimed at engaging younger supporters ahead of the 2026/27 campaign with the launch of the ‘Lions Passport’.
The scheme, which has been sponsored by the Guiseley AFC Supporters’ Club, will officially launch at Sunday’s home fixture against Barnsley, with a limited number of passports available free of charge before they are priced at £5 in the coming weeks.
Designed to reward loyalty and attendance, the Lions Passport allows young fans to collect stamps at each home game by visiting the club shop on matchdays.
The more stamps collected across the season, the greater the rewards on offer at its conclusion.
Supporters can also earn a one-off additional stamp by travelling to an away fixture on the Supporters’ Club coach, while passport holders will benefit from exclusive offers throughout the season.
As well as the incentive-based element, the passport includes puzzles and space for autographs, adding an interactive dimension for younger fans looking to engage more closely with the club and its players.
The initiative was the brainchild of young Guiseley supporter Arthur Lewis, who was inspired by similar schemes elsewhere but recognised a gap within football.
Arthur has thanked the club for backing his idea, alongside Adam Bridson for designing the passport and Print.Work for assisting with production.
He also acknowledged Peter and Dianna Jenkins, as well as his parents Zoe and Mark and sister Isla, for their support in bringing the concept to life.
Passports can be collected from the club shop at Sunday’s game or at future home fixtures throughout the season.
Key details and terms
The first 100 passports will be free on a first-come, first-served basis, with remaining copies priced at £5.
Each supporter is limited to one passport per season, with their name required inside.
Stamps must be collected on matchdays (excluding pre-season fixtures) by the named holder.
Lost passports can be replaced for £5.
One prize per passport will be issued at the end of the season.
Prizes will be awarded based on the number of stamps collected, split across three bands: 1–10, 11–20, and 21 or more.
Supporters who complete the passport in full — including collecting at least 21 home game stamps, finishing the puzzle pages, and securing the away travel stamp — will be entered into a prize draw, with the chance to win either a signed shirt or a mascot experience for the following season.
