FOLLOWING three successive sell out performances, Otley Players are back at Otley Courthouse on Saturday, December 9th (2pm and 7pm) and Sunday, December 10th (2pm) with their Christmas performance of 'The Chimes' by Charles Dickens.
'The Chimes' is the second of Dickens' Christmas stories, written the year after Christmas Carol and the only story he published that year.
'The Chimes' stays true to Dickens' sense of social responsibility and is packed full of great characters, laughs, joy and of course it wouldn't be a Dickens Christmas story without the odd ghost and goblin.
A spokesperson for Otley Players said: "It’s a wonderful story and a perfect Christmas tale with lots of laughs, great characters and the heart warming Dickensian meaning of Christmas."
Tickets (£10 and £7 concessions) available now from Otley Courthouse box office www.otleycourthouse.org.uk or call 01943 467466.
