FELTER Liz StClaire has taken the top prize for best in show artwork at the Otley Wildlife Arts Festival.
The level of skill in over 100 exhibits at the show proved a problem for the organisers as they struggled to single out one piece.
In the end they collectively plumped for Liz StClair's felt artwork,“Daisy” which was described as 'absolutely beautiful'.
The prize, £80 voucher for framing, was donated for the second year running by Barry John Fowler of Otley picture framing specialists, The Art Works, who said: "Liz’s "Daisy" is a worthy winner of the Best in Show prize, and we are pleased to have some of her other work for sale in our gallery."
Liz, who is a clinical technician with the NHS and lives in Adel, said she was “thrilled to bits” to win the prize.
