A CHARITY Easter Quiz is being held in Otley by Town Mayor, Cllr Sylvia Thomson.
Quiz sheets will be available at Otley Town Council Offices, Unit 11 Orchard Gate, LS21 3NX for the price of £1 and all money raised will go to two good causes. The answers to the quiz will be on posters in the windows of ten town centre shops. Participants should simply match the questions with the answers. The completed quizzes can be handed in at the Otley Town Council Offices during business hours until 3pm on Friday, April 22 or at the Town Mayors Afternoon Tea at the Chippendale Centre on Saturday, April 23 at 3pm.
Children who complete and submit a quiz will receive a Cadbury Creme Egg - although it is first come first served as supplies are limited.
The overall winner will be announced at the Mayors afternoon tea at 4pm and presented with a large chocolate egg donated by Patisserie Viennoise. The winner (with parental consent) will be publicised on the town council’s website, social media and added into Otley Matters June edition.
Money raised will be donated to the Town Mayor's Charities - Weston Lane Juniors Football Club and Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
