KESSIA Hadfield-Walker from Addingham has been selected to represent Team England at the Dance World Cup which is taking place this week.
Originally scheduled for Spain the World Cup 2021 has now been moved to Telford UK due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Just three dancers are selected to represent England in each genre and Kessia will be performing three solos - Ballet, Acro and Modern Show Dance choreographed by teacher and mum Melanie Hadfield-Walker.
She trains at Starlight Academy in Guiseley as well as taking additional ballet classes on the Northern Ballet CAT programme.
Over 120,000 competitors from 62 countries competing at their country qualifiers and at the World Finals each year.
The competition is the greatest all-genre dance competition in the world for children and young adults around the world
