Police are investigating claims two kittens were thrown from a moving car
NORTH Yorkshire Police say an investigation is underway after two kittens were allegedly thrown from a moving car.
A spokesman said the distressing incident occurred between 2pm and 2.15pm on Thursday, November 19, in Water Skellgate and Bondgate Green, in Ripon.
The kittens sadly died.
The vehicle involved is described as being brown or gold in colour. It was driving eastbound from the direction of Ripon towards the A61 at the time of the incident.
