ILKLEY based specialist group tour operator Simply Groups has been acknowledged by the industry for their excellence in ‘Group Travel’ by winning two awards in the Group Leisure & Travel Awards 2020.
The company won the category of ‘Best Group Tour Operator’ which validates the quality of their bespoke group holidays and also the personal service a small privately owned company offers its clients. Director Shauna Potts also won the ‘Excellence’ award in recognition of her dedication, hard work and attention to detail.
“Winning both of these awards, this year especially, has been a real moral boost for the whole team,” she said. “Whilst there are still challenges, it is not all doom and gloom as there is also positivity as clients prepare for their future holidays in 2021.”
