Horsforth Farmers Market will be eight years old this weekend.
The anniversary will be celebrated on Saturday with 20 food stalls each selling locally produced food to take home and unwrap.
The Birthday Market will have Melanie Chocolates back for the first time since lock down and will also feature Richard Stirland playing live music.
Market manager Duncan Stow said:“Despite all the current challenges, having to move the market, which included walking the storage shed through the streets of Horsforth, we have been so pleased with how the market has continued to prove such a well loved and popular local event. We miss the play activities and community spaces we used to create but the atmosphere is one of friendly smiles and the new venue of St Margaret’s church provides a picturesque and spacious setting that helps keep it a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.”
