PLANS to build a development of 14 houses on a former industrial site in Idle have been approved by Bradford Council.
Industrial buildings on the former COS Presentations site on Bradford Road were demolished last year, with a planning application to develop the 4,166 square metre brownfield site for housing submitted shortly after.
Those plans, by COS Marketing, were approved by planning officers this week.
There had been no objections to the application.
Controversial plans for 146 homes near M606 are refused
The site is near the Idle branch of Morrisons.
The new development would be a cul-de-sac made up of three, two-bed homes, seven, three-bed homes and four, four-bed homes, as well as parking spaces for 29 cars.
Each house will be required to have an electric vehicle charging point.
