AN ESTATE agents with branches in Horsforth and Ilkley has launched a Community Fund.

Linley & Simpson has released a £30,000 pot to be used by local schools, sports clubs and community clubs this year. CEO Will Linley said: “This initiative is all about helping a range of good causes where support such as this can make a big difference.

“The scheme will offer support to local communities right across our 19 strong branch network and the grants can be used towards the improvement of facilities and equipment, new sports kits, supplies, raffle prizes, events and more.”

Its first community link this year has been with Crossley Street Primary School in Wetherby, where it is supporting a summer fair.

The business is also a partner with Martin House Children’s Hospice and has raised more than £70,000 for the charity over the last five years. For more details about the community fund visit https://www.linleyandsimpson.co.uk/community-schools-2020.php.
