YORKSHIRE estate agent, Dacre, Son & Hartley has made a double appointment at its Guiseley office as part of the company’s commitment to developing the future talent of the property industry.

Harry Pollard has been appointed as a sales negotiator and Molly Fieldhouse joins the office’s lettings division as a trainee lettings negotiator.

Harry, who lives in Otley, will now support the office’s existing sales team, as well as accompanying buyers on viewings and assisting with marketing appraisals.

Molly, who lives in Yeadon, has spent the last two years working in luxury hotels in French ski resorts, but a keen interest in property, fuelled by her family owning several rental properties, led her to pursue a career in property.

She will now embark on Dacre, Son & Hartley’s in-house training programme before having the opportunity to complete several industry recognised qualifications.

Richard Hare, who heads up Dacre, Son & Hartley’s Guiseley office, said: “We’ve significantly increased our market share this year and now rent and sell homes throughout Guiseley, as well as in the likes of Carlton, Hawksworth, Esholt, Rawdon, Yeadon, Apperley Bridge and Calverley. Harry and Molly joining the team will enable us to meet this increasing market demand.

“They both have strong local knowledge and are determined to succeed in the industry, so we’re delighted to be investing in enthusiastic new talent and bringing forward the estate agents of the future.”
