ROTARIANS in Otley have been out planting bulbs for next Spring.
The work by members of the Rotary Club of Otley Chevin will ensure that Rotary Way is lined with colourful daffodils and crocuses in early 2020.
The road, formerly known as Otley bypass, was renamed six years ago in recognition of the outstanding community work that has been done in the area by local Rotarians.
The Rotary Club of Otley Chevin members who carried out the planting were supported once again by Otley in Bloom, which donated the bulbs.
The group sponsored a barrel at the recent, fundraising Otley Beer Festival. It will also have a tree on display as part of the Otley Christmas Tree Festival which this year takes place at Otley Parish Church from Wednesday, December 11 to Saturday, December 14.
