THREE Keighley men have been bailed to appear before Bradford Crown Court to answer allegations they were involved in an attack, with weapons, on a college campus.
Conner Gilson, 20, of Church Street, and Jordan James Beveridge, 20 of Heather Grove, both pleaded not guilty to two charges - one of affray on December 12 last year where they are alleged to have used or threatened unlawful violence towards another, causing fear for personal safety, and one charge, also on December 12, of each possessing an offensive weapon in a public place, namely a rounders bat.
The incident is said to have taken place in the car park of Leeds City College Keighley campus, in Bradford Road, Keighley.
A third defendant, Elliott Guy Brook, 32, of Eelholme View Street, Keighley, offered a no indication plea to the same charges. He is alleged to have been in possession of a car jack handle, also referred to as a wheel brace.
All three men were granted unconditional bail by district judge Geraldine Kelly to appear at crown court on December 13 for a pre-trial and preparations hearing.
