ILKLEY Arts Studio at Castle Yard, Ilkley will be transformed into a Halloween grotto on Saturday, October 26 from 11am to 4pm as part of a programme of activities organised by Ilkley Manor House Trust volunteers for children aged four plus.

There will be a pumpkin carving station; a bat roost where children will make flapping bats; a tree nursery where little ones will be able to create a leaf to hang on the Halloween Tree of Dreams. Visitors will be able to enjoy hot drinks and a selection of local produce provided by the Real Food Market.

Daisy Johnson, trustee of Ilkley Manor House Trust, said: “Halloween in Castle Yard, organised by our volunteers, promises to be a frightening – and frighteningly good time - to visit Ilkley Manor House so throw yourself into your scariest costume, paint your face and come join the fun!”.

Entry to the Castle Yard is free, although there will be a fee of £3 for the activities. To book tickets and find more about the event visit www.ilkleymanorhouse.org
