The car seized by police in Shipley
AN uninsured driver had "no escape" when police trapped him in a residential road.
This morning a local resident reported an uninsured and unlicensed driver going up and down their residential street in Shipley to West Yorkshire Police's Operation Steerside team.
Officers drove to one end of the street and a unit from patrol team drove to the other, blocking the driver's means of escape.
The vehicle was stopped, seized and its driver reported.
