COMMUNITY mental health services across the district will be spotlighted at a meeting on Thursday (July 25).
A presentation is to be given by Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust’s new mental health care group.
Services include MyWellbeing College, which helps people manage problems such as feeling low or anxious and those experiencing stress.
The meeting of the trust board takes place at Sharing Voices, 10 Mornington Villas, Bradford, from 1.30pm to 4pm.
Anyone from Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven who uses the trust’s services is welcome to attend.
The trust – which holds its board meetings at different venues throughout the community – has worked closely with Sharing Voices, a mental health organisation supporting diverse minority communities in Bradford district.
Patrick Scott, the trust’s chief operating officer, said: “I’m delighted that the meeting will be held at the offices of Sharing Voices. We are keen to make new connections with communities and our ‘board on the road’ programme is an excellent way to do this.”
