THE sixth man charged with murder over the death of Mohammed Feazan Ayaz will appear in court next month along with his co-accused.
Haamed Ejaz, 28, of Tower Road, Shipley, had been due to make his first appearance at Bradford Crown Court earlier today. But an error meant that he was not brought over from HM Prison Leeds.
His case was adjourned until August 9 for a plea and trial preparation hearing alongside the five other men accused of murder, and a man and a youth charged with assisting an offender.
Mr Ayaz's body was found in Saffron Drive, Allerton, in the early hours of Monday, July 1.
Five men appeared in court last week charged with murdering the 20-year-old (pictured) at Unit 2, Denholme Business in Denholme.
Ejaz made his first appearance at court yesterday.
