Emergency vehicles have attended a two vehicle crash at Pool-in-Wharfedale
TWO people have been taken to hospital following a road accident at Pool-in-Wharfedale.
Emergency vehicles were called out to reports of a two vehicle collision on the A659 Arthington Lane, near the White Hart roundabout, just after 12.20pm on Monday, July 8.
The crash involved a white Ford Transit van and a red Toyota Hilux.
The drivers of both vehicles were taken to Leeds General Infirmary with serious conditions that were not believed to be life threatening.
West Yorkshire Police and Yorkshire Ambulance Service, which sent a rapid response vehicle and two ambulances, both attended.
The A659 was closed in both directions, from the A658 Main Street at the White Hart to The Tower Drive, for several hours after the crash.
