ILKLEY & District Round Table is looking for 200 volunteers to help with a range of roles at the inaugural Ilkley Half Marathon on Sunday, July 14.
Starting at 10.30am, the race will offer 2000 competitors of all shapes, sizes the opportunity to test themselves over 13 miles of some of Yorkshire’s most beautiful surroundings and raising much needed funds for local good causes.
Help is needed in a range of roles from race marshals and water stations to supporting visitors and the event village located at the start/finish line at West Holme Fields. A number of local organisations, including the Rotary Club of Ilkley, Olicana 41 Club, IRFC and Ilkley Harriers will be supporting the event and more assistance is required.
Visit the event website: ilkleyhalfmarathon.co.uk to find out about the roles and to sign up or emailing volunteers@ilkleyhalfmarathon.co.uk
