OTLEY Carnival inspired window displays will be judged this weekend.
Twenty four local businesses have entered the 2019 carnival’s Window Dressing Competition and will be inspected by a judging team on Sunday, June 9.
Otley Carnival Press Officer Nigel Gill said: “Our judges find the competition so difficult to judge as all the businesses always pull out all the stops and make their windows look so attractive.”
The participating businesses are: Toyland, Paley’s Flooring, Little Munchkins, Courtyard Planters, Canine Health, Arundel Travel, Beauty Within, Odds and Ends, Wharfedale Embroidery, Casa Vitae, Oxfam, Otta’s Leah, Puffin Pottery, Grade 1 Hairdressing, Petwise, The Little Shop, Aura Jewellers, Peek a Boo, Alpha Male Hairdressers, Ivy House Botanicals and Wellbeing, Chippendale Tea Rooms, Picture This, Cancer Research and Cats Protection.
This year’s carnival takes place on Saturday, June 15.
