PUPILS and teachers from St Oswald’s Primary School in Guiseley showed creative flair for World Book Day.
Among the costumes worn by children at the event on Thursday, March 7, were characters from children’s classics Alice in Wonderland, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Harry Potter, Peter Pan and Little Red Riding Hood.
This year’s theme was Share a Story, with people encouraged to remember to spend ten minutes a day reading and sharing tales to help inspire their children.
