YELLOW hats were worn by The Rotary Club of Ilkley who assisted Marie Curie with its annual Daffodil collection.

Andrew Allison, chairman of club service for Ilkley Rotary Club organised the rota for the third year running.

“It’s so important to collect this February so Marie Curie Nurses can be there for more people,” said Mr Allison. “The Rotary Club of Ilkley is delighted to be able to support The Daffodil appeal.”

Every pound given towards the Marie Curie Daffodil appeal supports people living with a terminal illness.

The charity can also provide practical information and emotional support for people who have been bereaved. Visit mariecurie.org.uk/ for information.
