GUISELEY Amateur Operatic Society is bringing to life A Chorus Line this February at Guiseley Theatre in the society's 105th production after celebrating their 95th year in 2018.

Featuring musical numbers such as: "I Hope I Get It", "What I Did For Love" and "One" this really is a show that showcases the array of talent within the society.

And it shouldn't be difficult for two of cast members to play their parts. The parts of director Zach and choreographer Larry are played by none other than David Kirk and Ted Oxley-Kirk, who have themselves directed and choreographed previous GAOS productions. The pair will be also reprising these roles for GAOS' October production, Annie.

Ted is also directing and choreographing A Chorus Line, jointly with Amy Horton-Atkinson. The cast members have certainly been put through their paces by the talented duo, with some cast members learning dance styles they have never learnt before just to be part of the production.

A Chorus Line also sees GAOS welcome back the fabulous Musical Director, Catherine Sweet - her 11th show with the society.

The production will be performed at Guiseley Theatre from Monday, February 25 until Saturday, March 2, with a matinee performance on the Saturday. Tickets are available via the GAOS Box Office www.ticketsource.co.uk/gaos or by phone 07960 604082.
