A ‘BUSINESS MOT’ workshop will be held in Otley this month.
Otley BID (Business Improvement District) is holding the event to help local firms with everything from evaluating their pricing and profit margins to getting the most from their employees.
Advice will also be given on setting targets, reviewing the customer base, controlling cashflow and how to expand and ‘future-proof’ a business.
Led by BID director and past president of Otley Chamber of Trade, Katie Burnett - and featuring lots of activities - the event runs from 10am to 1pm at The Garden School, Westgate, on Monday, January 21.
The session is free to any BID levy payer or Chamber of Trade member, and includes materials and morning coffee and cake.
For non-members the cost is £50 per person and places are limited - to find out more send an e-mail to: katie.burnett@otleybid.co.uk.
