THE Ilkley and District Round Table, organisers of the annual Ilkley Beer Festival, are delighted to announce a new gold sponsor for 2019.

Leeds accountancy practice Murray Harcourt will be headline sponsor of the annual Beer Festival for the next three years.

Entering its 12th year, the highly popular Ilkley Beer Festival raises funds for local good causes. Over £47,000 was raised in 2018 thanks to everyone that visited the festival over the two-day period.

Murray Harcourt joins 57 silver sponsors who continue to support the sell out event year on year. Friday , February 8 2019 will bring together Yorkshire’s corporate community as they join forces to raise money for a wide range of local causes, from children’s sports teams to senior citizens groups, refurbishment of club premises to equipment purchases for those with learning and physical disabilities.

Murray Harcourt Managing Partner Richard Bright sai8d: “Having attended, and thoroughly enjoyed, the Ilkley Beer Festival for a number of years we are incredibly proud to now be gold sponsors and be able to support the organising committee in the delivery of another highly successful fundraising event.”

Committee Sponsorship Chairman Nick Marsden said: “All our sponsors play an important role in the delivery of this event and it is great to have Murray Harcourt on board. 2019 will see the return of 120 beers and ciders along side the introduction of Prosecco and sloe gin from Addingham Fruit Liqueurs which went down a treat last year! “Tickets for the public sessions are available online for the Friday evening, Saturday afternoon and Saturday evening session. They go fast so please book early so as not to miss out.”
