Great Britain cyclist, Deignan, 29, of Otley, won the nation's first medal at the London Olympics in 2012, racing under her maiden name Armitstead.
Her silver medal at the games is accompanied by numerous other accolades across the cycling disciplines of road and track racing.
Deignan won a total of five medals at the UCI Track Cycling World Championships in 2009 and 2010, before making the switch to road racing.
Here, the cyclist's medal tally increased further, taking in a win at the 2015 World Road Race, as well as winning the British National Road Championships four times, in 2011, 2013, 2015 and 2017.
In 2016, Deignan married fellow professional cyclist, Philip Deignan, before announcing this March that she was expecting.
