ST Margaret’s Church in Ilkley will host a celebration of the film music of John Williams on Saturday, March 10, 2018.
Phoenix Concert Band will perform some of Williams’ best-loved music including Star Wars, Superman, ET and War Horse. The composer has been nominated for an impressive 30 Oscars to date, winning five, with a further nomination this year for his latest Star Wars score.

Interval proceeds will be donated to Hope Housing, the Bradford-based homelessness charity (www.hopehousing.co.uk).
Tickets are available online at www.pcbmusic.eventbrite.co.uk or on the door: adults £8, concessions £5 and under 16s free of charge. The event starts at 7.30pm at St Margaret’s Church, Queen’s Road, Ilkley, LS29 9QL.
