A talk on a musical tradition dating back hundreds of years will be given in Horsforth this month. The Leeds Waits, the official town musicians, existed from at least as early as 1530, and they were re-established in 1983. Alan Redfern will give a talk about them in the stables block behind Horsforth Museum, at 7.30pm, tomorrow. Entry costs £2 and includes refreshments.
