A LITTLE piece of Greece will come to Yeadon in April in an event inspired by the film Mamma Mia.

The town hall will be transformed into a giant taverna as it hosts an immersive dinner and show, featuring Greek food and ABBA music performed by a professional cast.

“We want to offer customers something different” said Jamie Hudson, CEO of Yeadon Town Hall.

“We’ve got the tribute shows, where people come and go, but now we want to look at offering different variants of entertainment. We think the show and dine concept is great, as it offers the customer a one stop experience where they can enjoy great food and great entertainment in one venue”.

The event is promising to transport guests to the coast of Greece and welcome them to the taverna. A professional cast of six singers and dancers will provide the entertainment.

“We’ve teamed up with local caterers who are providing authentic Greek food, so guests should expect to feast on olives, breads, houmous, tzatziki, moussaka, souvlaki and many other dishes,” Jamie said.

The evening will finish with an Ouzo fueled ABBA inspired disco till 1am. The event will be staged from April 10 to April 12th. For tickets visit www.yeadontownhall.co.uk or call 0333 666 33 66.
