AIREBOROUGH Gilbert & Sullivan Society will be embarking on a new format production – Songs of Love & Marriage & Trial by Jury.
For this production the society is delighted to welcome Jim Newby as Musical Director . Jim will take charge of the orchestra and cast in a miscellany of extracts from several Gilbert & Sullivan operettas on a theme of Love & Marriage, followed by a full production of Trial by Jury.
The show takes place from Thursday, February 7th to Saturday, February 9th at Yeadon Town Hall (7.30pm on February 7 and 8 and 2.30pm on February 9).
The Society has chosen Yorkshire Air Ambulance as their charity this year and have been raising funds by selling cakes at rehearsals for their forthcoming show. A bucket collection and raffle will be held at each performance. Book online at www.ticketsource.co.uk/agss or telephoning 0333 666 3366.
