Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.

Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised it under the above legislation for the reasons stated.
Application No: 2017/18525/FUL. Proposal: Erection of one attached dwelling (resubmission of previous application 21/2017/17690) for Mr R. Bell. Location: Land Adjacent To 43 Meadow Lane Cononley BD20 8NB Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: 2017/18489/FUL. Proposal: Proposed access ramp for the disabled for Mewies Solicitors Ltd. Location: Clifford House Keighley Road Skipton BD23 2NB Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Affects the setting of a Listed Building.
Application No: 2017/18470/FUL. Proposal: Alterations and enlargement to existing car parks for Dyneley House Medical Centre And Dalesview Developments. Location: Dyneley House & 30 Newmarket Street Skipton BD23 2JB Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: 2017/18553/HH. Proposal: Conversion of existing garage to garden shed/potting store including new entrance door, re-roofing works for Mr Andrew Timlin. Location: 18 Ash Grove Suttonin- Craven BD20 7QJ Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: 2017/18575/LBC. Proposal: Retrospective application to remove current wall ,build stud wall and place Velux window in roof for Mr Peter McCabe. Location: 2 Brookhouse Ingleton LA6 3DT Reason(s): Proposes works to a Listed Building.
Application No: 2017/18547/LBC. Application No: 2017/18517/HH. Proposal: Removal of existing rear door and window at ground floor level and provide new 4m wide opening to create two 1m glazed panels to either side and central sliding doors for Ms L Williams. Application No: 2017/18571/FUL. Proposal: Subdivision of existing shop into 2 units, erection of rear entrance extension to first floor apartment including roof terrace for Ms Jennifer Martin. Location: Linden House 9 And 11 Main Street Ingleton LA6 3EB Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

The applications are available to view and for comment online at https://publicaccess.cravendc.gov.uk/online-applications or electronically at 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ. Representations can also be sent in writing to Development Management, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ so as to arrive no later than 26th October 2017. All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email addresses from appearing on the comments published on the internet. In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission for a householder (HH) application, that is considered on the basis of representations in writing. Any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage. Decisions are normally made within eight weeks (11 to 13 weeks for major planning applications). Details of the decision will not automatically be sent to those that have made comments.
