LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE
TAKE NOTICE that I, Steven Banks have applied to Craven District Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the variation of a premises licence in respect of premises known as The Beer Engine, 1 Albert Street, Skipton BD23 1JD FOR the licence to include‘off’ sales on our current licence Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ by 24th August 2017. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
